MORE LIFE FOR VIRAL

It's been an amazing, whirlwind couple of weeks with an awful lot of good news, but here's the lede:

VIRAL had an amazing run at the New York International Fringe Festival. Jordana and the cast, crew, and design team mounted it beautifully, and as a result, we scored the best press we've ever had, won a FringeNYC Outstanding Play award, and have been invited to join the Fringe Encore Series with five new dates over Septmber at the Soho Playhouse. 

More info and links today and tomorrow as I get them, but suffice it to say, we're grateful and stunned - and very happy to have the chance to share this story with some more people.

Hey Mac, glad I found this space. I caught the very last performance of Viral on Sunday and I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of congratulations. You've developed a truly impressive body of work over the last few years. (I'm still expecting to see Fleet Week on Broadway...) I love your writing, your themes, your sense of dialogue, your treading of the line between laugh and cry -- just really great stuff. I don't get out to see a lot of plays these days on account of running around after my two-year-old boy, but I'll always make an effort to get out to see what ol' Mac's up to. A big "well done" to cast and crew as well, a very fine job by everyone.
